When Eden Fantasys covers the shipping they cover it both ways so you aren't out of money to replace a defective item!! How cool is that?!?!?! However if you get an item and just decide that you don't want it and its NOT defective YOU are responsible for the shipping fees from what I have read on the Return Policy
