Confetti LED Mini Bullet
The LED Mini Bullet is manufactured by the folks over at Maia Toys and it is available in all four colors: yellow, pink, blue and purple or if you go by what Maia calls them it would be Confetti, Astral, Marcia and Porpora. The LED Mini Bullet is made out of ABS plastic and is great for beginners coming into the toy world. In no way at all is this intimidating to even those new to toys. I would say that the LED Mini Bullet is a great introductory toy especially for trying to get your partner on the toy bandwagon. The LED Mini Bullet can be used in many ways but know that it is in NO way safe for anal pleasure. You can stimulate the clitoris, nipples, penis shaft even the testicles can enjoy the vibrations from this vibe. There is a small point at the tip that would be good for pin pointing where you want your vibrations to go. It is only 3.5 inches long with a girth of less then 2cm. This little bullet is small enough to take anywhere with you, slip it in a pocket, purse or overnight bag.
Material
The LED Mini Bullet is made out of ABS Plastic, meaning that it is nonporous, hypoallergenic, latex and phathalates free. While plastic is nonporous it can't be sterilized for safe sharing. If you aren't fluid bonded with whom ever you are wanting to share this with I would recommend using a condom over it. Yes I know sounds like a huge overkill but it will keep from spreading bacterial and things of that nature. Plastic is a hard material that has no give to it and is usually smooth to the touch. The LED Mini Bullet doesn't really have an texture to it, there are indentations on the sides that are kind of in an oval shape. I believe the indentations are there to make it easier to hold the bullet but it won't provide any stimulation.
Controls & Functions
When it comes to the controls and functions of the LED Mini Bullet are pretty simple. Being powered by 1AAA battery I would say that it has pretty decent vibrations to it. The vibrations don't produce much noise but if you are worried someone will hear make sure to have background noise. I know I usually have on a fan or two as well as my radio or T.V. going. There is a plastic insert in the battery compartment don't remove that as it is there to make the toy quieter then it would be without it. The plastic tube helps to keep the battery from rattling. There is one simple button on the bottom of the LED Mini Bullet that controls all of the functions. To turn it on you will simply just push it in and keep pushing it til you get to the vibration setting you want. To power it off you can either hold the button down for 3 seconds or scroll through all the patterns til it powers off. Some toys have memory in them to remember the last setting you used this bullet does not, you will have to scroll through the patterns til you get back to the one you were on. The button on the bottom glows white and flashes on the pulsation modes of the bullet.
The vibration setting son the LED Mini Bullet are as follows
1.)Steady Low Vibrations
2.)Steady Medium Vibrations
3.)Steady High Vibrations
4.)Pulsation, Escalation to Steady Vibration
5.)Fast Pulse
6.)Fast Short Pulse
7.)Steady, Pulse, Steady
On a 1-5 scale with 5 being the highest and 1 being the lowest I would say that the vibrations in the LED Mini Bullet are around a 3.5-4 on the highest setting.
I will say though that if you like rumbly vibrations you will be disappointed when it comes to this little baby. The LED Mini Bullet has very buzzy vibrations that could easily turn into numbing vibrations.
If you like playing in the shower or your pool you can take the LED Mini Bullet with you, it is waterproof. Make sure though before submerging into water that the O-Ring is in place and the battery cap is on tight and secure so no water can seep in.
Packaging
I love the detailed and awesome package of all the Maia Toys! Very tasteful and classy packaging is what you will find here. As pictured in the opening photo you see that there is a peek-a-boo window which I like for toys packaging to have it hides it when you want it hidden an shows the item when you want it shown. There is a small piece of velcro that holds the flap to the peek-a-boo window closed. On the front you will find Maia's logo in silver with their statement "The Colors of Erotica" embossed on the front. On either side you will find an embossed picture of the LED Mini Bullet and they are done in a tasteful way. It does state on the box itself that the bullet is 3.5 inches.
The description given by Maia is:
"A strong mini bullet with LED light switch and chrome finish makes it easy to use anytime anywhere. They unique contour on the body will enhance your level of enjoyment. This vibe is a perfect handbag vibe that no lady should be without."
When you open the box you will find the LED Mini Bullet laying in a plastic shell, underneath there you will find a custom storage pouch, the Color Therapy Guide and Instructions/Warranty information. That is right the Maia Toys has a warranty on their items, it is a limited warranty but hey a limited warranty is better then NO warranty at all. Just make sure that you fill out the warranty registration just as soon as you get your toys in the mail. You have 10 days from the time of purchase to fill out the warranty information. The Color Therapy Guide shows the different colors as well as the associations that go with the color along with the toys offered in that color. When it comes to the user manual are pretty generic an show more then one toy as it is the same manual that comes with all toys. It provides you will all the information one would need.
If you plan to dispose of the packaging and use just the storage pouch instead of just tossing it in the trash, toss it in the recycling bin. Since it is all cardboard, paper and plastic it can be recycled!
Perfect for gift giving and semi discreet. I think it would stand up to being used as storage as well if you really wanted to.
I do recommend keeping the packaging for up to 90 days if you register for warranty purposes.
Caring/Storage
Being made of plastic and waterproof makes it easy to care for the LED Mini Bullet. Make sure that you clean your toys before and after each use to assure good toy safety. Since this is plastic it can't fully be sterilized. There are a few ways you can wash it though:
1.)Antibacterial Toy Cleaner-Spray down and wipe clean
2.)Antibacterial Soap & Water-Make sure to rinse thoroughly after cleaning using soap and hot water.
3.)Alcohol-You can use rubbing alcohol to wipe down the bullet
4.)Toy Wipes/Baby Wipes-Being tiny and easy to clean wipes could be the way to go as well.
Plastic toys are compatible with water, silicone or oil based lubricants if you were to need a lube.
My Experience
When it comes to my experience with this one it wasn't all that grand sadly, I guess I have gotten spoiled with other clit toys. While this has multiple speeds it has very buzzy vibrations that my clit didn't like at all. I tried using the LED Mini Bullet solo as well as with another toy. Honestly I just couldn't get off on the vibrations provided. I am not saying its a horrible toy it just didn't work with my needs. Great for beginners who are trying to find out what type of vibrations they are needing. Even though this didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work out for you, everybody likes different kinds of vibrations. The LED Mini Bullet is small enough to travel with as well, you could just toss it in your purse an head out on your trip with no worries. I didn't test out the waterproof feature on this bullet since my last testing on a Maia Toy didn't pass the waterproof test. I don't want to ruin toys, even if they aren't a fave of mine.
