I have mentioned before that I wanted to take my reviews and blog in a different direction now is the time. I requested a few things from the wonderful folks over at Tabu Toys to start the transition into adding in dance wear, new lingerie items and more. I started a search and seeking out things that interested me and I came across a bikini that I just had to have.

I receive the Neon Nites Ruffle Trim Bikini Set from Tabutoys for review. What do you get in the package? You will get the bikini triangle top as well as the string bikini bottoms. I love the colors in the piece. The colors pictured to the left is the only color this bikini is available in.

Where can you wear this sexy cute number that is apart of the Neon Nites Line? Seeing as it is a bikini the options are limitless to a point. Going to the beach and want to be cute an sexy? Pool time with friends or alone time in the pool with your man or crush? Do you work in a strip club or bikini bar? Work at home doing adult cam sites and looking for something fun and flirty? All of the above can be covered in this one piece. The Neon Nites Ruffle Trim Bikini Set is fun, bright, flirty and playful all rolled into one outfit. Ruffles, BRIGHT fun colors and since it is a string bikini you can adjust the bottom and top to the size you need. Are you wondering if this flirty fun bikini set will work out in your favor? Read on to find out more as well as learning about my experience with this piece.

Material

The Neon Nites Ruffle Bikini Set is made out of Nylon and Spandex as most bathing suits are.

85% Nylon

15% Spandex

The material used is in noway sheer at all. When it comes to the feel of the material used it is easily described as a silky feeling. Make sure not to site on concrete or wood benches or on the side of the pool in just your bikini. If you do sit down on wood or concrete you can snag your bikini and we don't want to ruin this flirty little number!

Sizing Info

I will break down the sizing for the Ruffle Trim Bikini Set as a whole piece then I will supply measurements for each piece. According to the size on the Ruffle Trim Bikini packaging this fun piece is ONE SIZE meaning it is ONE SIZE FIT MOST.

The sizing information on Tabutoys website the Ruffle Trim Bikini will fit those with the following measurements and weights.

Size:2-10

Bust:32"-38"

Cup:B/C

Waist:24"-32"

Hip:34"-40"

Weight:90-160 pounds

In any of my reviews you will NEVER see my exact measurements or my weight, while I am confident in my own skin I prefer not to give those numbers out. I can promise you though that I fall in NONE of their sizing categories on this piece but it DOES fit the way I wanted it to. You can learn more about my fit in the Experience Section that will be down below.

Now let's talk measurements of the actual pieces, the string lengths, the cup width & length, crotch liner length.....You get the idea we are going to be talking Numbers #.

Bikin Top

Like with most bikinis the Ruffle Trip Bikini top is a triangle style top. I have learned with most triangle tops they don't cover a whole lot of the breasts if you are very top heavy. That is the case for me with this piece but that is okay!! When it comes to the front outside layer of the top you will see the lime green, hot pink, neon orange ruffles that go down the front of the top on an electric blue background. These ruffles are roughly an half inch to an inch wide with about 2 inches where there aren't any ruffles at the bottom of the cup. Each cup measures in at 5.5" long and 6.5" wide, so yes if you were a B/C cup it would probably cover a great amount. At the thinnest part of the triangles is 1.5" wide. The cups are also adjustable, if you need the strings tighter an need to scrunch up the cups you can do that. The cups can be slid further apart or closer together on the bottom. When it comes to being adjustable to fit many different sizes, the length of the ties come in handy to know.

Neck Strings

Neck Ties:17.25" each

Back Ties:16" each

These ties are also stretchy so they could be longer if you stretched them out as far as they could go. The width of the ties are only a 2cm wide.

Bikini Bottoms

When it comes to the Ruffle Trim Bikini bottoms the ruffles are on your rear end. The same lime green, neon orange and hot pink ruffles can be found on your rear over an electric blue background. When it comes to the front of the Ruffle Trim Bikini is a solid electric blue outlined by the lime green trim. Ruffle measurements are the exact same on the rear as they are on the top of the bikini.

Let's talk length here for a minute.

Bikini Side Ties:11" each

Are you wondering if the Ruffle Trim Bikini bottoms will cover your rear and vagina without either one falling out? These measurements below should help you out on that one. The front crotch area measures in at 11.5" wide and 8" long. Bottoms come in at the same 11.5" wide and 8" long. You will find on the inside of the Ruffle Trim Bikini a cotton liner. The cotton line can help out if you plan to be in your bikini and wet for prolonged amounts of time as it can help reduce yeast infections from staying moist. The cotton liner measures in at 3" long an about 1"-1.5" wide.

On to more important measurements of this awesome Ruffle Trim Bikini!! As mentioned earlier in the review with the suggested sizes were for this bikini it stated those with the following measurements:Waist:24"-32" and Hip:34"-40". While those measurements are pretty much suggested sizing to me if the bottom is a tie side as you can adjust to the size you need. Again, I do NOT fall in to ANY of the measurement/sizing brackets for the Elegant Moment Neon Nites Ruffle Trim Bikini Set but, I am ABLE to get it to FIT the way I WANTED it to fit.

With the side ties being tied all the way right at the start of them coming off the trim the width is 15" wide. At the largest size you can go with the side ties being tied at the longest length they can be the width measures in at 22" wide. So even though the Neon Nites Ruffle Trim Bikini is made to fit those who are a size 2-12 can fit those of us who fall in to the bigger sizes right up to being plus sized.

Packaging

The packaging for the Neon Nites Ruffle Trim Bikini is pretty simple and something you could toss right into the recycling bin after you open it. I received my Neon Nites items in a bubble mailer and inside I found the Ruffle Bikini box. If you were giving this as a gift I would say since it is just a bathing suit, the box would be fine for gift giving. I did find some information I needed such as the size even though it simply states One Size but that usually means that it is for those of us who aren't Plus Sized. I was able to know what materials were used to make this piece. Care instructions are also on the box. All of the information that is found on the box can also be found on the tags inside the bikini bottoms as well as the tag attached to the bikini top.

Once you open the box to pull out your Neon Nites Ruffle Trim Bikini Set you will find a plastic Ziploc type bag that holds you bikini inside. This bag can also be tossed into the recycling bin as it really has no purpose once you remove the bikini set from it.

If you do wish however to keep the bag or the box to use for storing your new bikini set that is perfectly fine as well. I do know a few who work in adult entertainment whether it be at home or in a club setting who store their sets in Ziploc bags to help keep all the pieces together. I have to say that it probably does help cut down time on searching for pieces. So all in all it is up to you on if you wish to keep any of the packaging. I don't really find the box beneficial but the bag that it arrives in could be.

Care/Storage

This is that wonderful section that tells you how to care for your Ruffle Trim Bikini and well we all know that is very IMPORTANT if we want it to last a good while.

So we have the manufacturer guidelines to caring for your Neon Nites Ruffle Trim Bikini Set and then we have Sapphire's way.

According to the box as well as the tags inside the Ruffle Trim Bikini Set states:

* Hand wash in COLD water

* Do NOT bleach

* Do NOT iron

Sapphire's Way:

* Wash on delicate/gentle/hand wash cycle in cold water

*Do NOT bleach

* Do NOT iron

* Hang to dry

I have NEVER in my life hand washed ANYTHING!!!! All my clothes from lingerie to bathing suits to bras go right into the washer on the delicate cycle with Gain laundry soap. I use a HE (high efficiency) front load washer with no agitator. Why do I mention the no agitator? Well because, if my washer had an agitator in it I probably wouldn't be putting my delicate items in it because the agitator could rip it. So it is truly up to you on how you choose to wash your Neon Nites Bikini.

I touched a bit on the storing options when I spoke about the packaging. I have Rubbermaid drawers that hold all my lingerie and toys, this will be stored with my lingerie items. Eventually at some point I am sure I will match up all my lingerie and bikini sets and put them in a Ziploc bag with all their pieces so its an easy find.

My Experience

I had an amazing experience with this piece. In all honesty even though I am PLUS SIZED and do NOT weigh or fall into any of the measurement/weight suggestions I was able to fit comfortably in the Neon Nites Ruffle Trim Bikini Set. Rocking this outfit for sure was a confidence booster because I absolutely LOVED how I looked in it. Covering just the right amount of my rear and my breast made it even better. If you or your partner are into the whole under boob look where your breasts are barely covered but don't fully hang out of the bottom of the top, you could pull it off with this! I had MAJOR under boobage going on and I loved the way it looked.

I paired up the Neon Nites Ruffle Trim Bikini Set with the Neon Nites Monster Hood in Neon Pink while they aren't a set they somewhat go together an look cute together as well. I am hoping to get the Neon Nites Purple & Lime Bikini Set that is pictured on Tabutoys site in the picture of the hood. I can also wear this while I work on moves and advancing on my dance pole.
