In my last goody box from Pipedream I got the Metal Worx Slim Fave which was one of the items I chose. There is a collection of Metal Worx items. There were a few other things that I wanted but, hopefully I can score them in the next round of goodies.

Overview

The Pipedream Metal Worx Slim Fave is a double ended steel dildo that can be used by either females or males. Males, if you use the Slim Fave for anal play make sure you have a good grip on it so we don't lose it in the black hole okay?! That same statement goes to the ladies too if you plan to use the Slim Fave anally. I personally would by pass using it anally however that is just me. With the way the head is you can easily get good G-Spot or P-Spot stimulation especially with the weight of this bad body. Stainless Steel is also body safe which you want when it comes to your sex toys!!!!!!!

Design/Function

The design of the Slim Fave is different from any of the other toys I personally have ever used. There are 2 different ends on the Slim Fave one end has small bulbs that move down the shaft. These bulbs start small and increase in size til you hit the center of the shaft where it goes into one single bulge. The other end is very different, think of the head of the penis now, flatten one side of it that is what the other end of the Slim Fave reminds me of. The shape of the flattened end allows for amazing G-Spot or P-Spot (be careful if you use it anally) stimulation. The added weight all 2 pounds of it allows to have added pressure to the G-Spot or P-Spot. Weighing in at 2 pounds it can be hard for some to thrust with especially if you have arthritis or anything like that in your hands, wrists and arms. 

I have mentioned it several times and will right to the end of my review, make sure you aren't thrusting too hard as you can cause bruising to your very delicate tissues.

The finish on the Slim Fave is polished but I would check to see if it has any scratches on it before using it. As we know scratches depending on depth and rigidness can cause scratches or tears and we want to avoid that when it comes to the delicate tissues. 

Packaging                    

I have to say this is the best packaging I have seen for Pipedream Products! The packaging isn't discreet as it does state on the back that it is a pleasure object and it also displays a photo of the Slim Fave on the top of the box. Have no fear though, these labels can easily be pulled off leaving the box looking like a plain storage case. Slim Fave's case is made out of metal and plastic with a latch to secure the box. Unfortunately the latch isn't lockable which would be an awesome thing to add so prying eyes just can't flip the latch to see what's inside. When you open the case you will find your Slim Fave laying in a foam insert and the top of the case is lined with what feels like a rough textured felt. I have to say that I am impressed with the case that the Slim Fave arrives in. You don't have to use the case for storing your Slim Fave if you prefer a padded storage pouch or another method of storage. Used as storage for the Slim Fave or for storing something else the case is still going to be useful to you in one way or another. As we all know I keep all my products in their original packaging and well the Slim Fave isn't going to be an exception to that rule. I can simply leave the case laying on the top of my headboard on or my dresser, company who comes in my room wouldn't notice it before they noticed all my other sex toys laying around. 

If you are gifting the Slim Fave you can't go wrong with the packaging. If you wish to give it in front of other folks you can pull the labels off. Don't care who knows what you are giving your partner or friend? You can still take the labels off so when the receiver gets it they have no idea what is inside until they open the case. 

Care/Storage

Caring for your Slim Fave is going to be pretty simple!! I will list all the ways you can clean your Slim Fave as well as the ways that will sterilize it.

You will want to make sure that you are sterilizing your Slim Fave if you are sharing it with a partner in which you are not fluid bonded with. Also, make sure that you are cleaning your Slim Fave BEFORE & AFTER each an EVERY use.

Antibacterial Toy Cleaners

There are several cleaners on the market that you can choose from. I mainly use a spray cleaner that I spray my toys down with allow to set for a minute before wiping all my juices away. Then, there are those toy cleaners that require you to lather up and having to rinse it off thoroughly in the sink before using or storing.

Toy Wipes/Baby Wipe

I know some folks like going this route cause it can be pretty convenient. For me, I mainly use toy wipes or baby wipes as a pre-clean to get the majority of the bodily fluids off before using my antibacterial toy cleaner. 

Antibacterial Soap & Warm Water

You can choose your favorite antibacterial soap for this option. You will want to lather up your Slim Fave and rinse thoroughly before using or storing.  

Dishwasher

Since the Slim Fave is made out of stainless steel you can easily toss him in on the top rack of your dishwasher. Make sure you aren't washing him with your dinner dishes and make sure you have removed him before anyone else finds him in there. You of course though want to allow time for it to cool down before removing it from the dishwasher.

Boiling

You can boil your Slim Fave on the stove top if you can find a pot big enough to put him in. Bring water to a boil and place your Slim Fave in the boiling water for about 5-10 minutes. You can leave the Slim Fave in the pot to cool off or you can remove it with silicone tipped tongs to lay on a towel to cook an dry. 

10% Bleach 90% Water

Making a bleach solution you can soak your Slim Fave in a sink, bucket or jar that is big enough to hold him. If you can't find a bucket, sink or jar big enough you can easily use the smaller items still but having to bleach each end individually. You will want to soak for about 5 minutes or so before rinsing off in the sink thoroughly before use or storage. 

The Slim Fave can be used with any lubricant of your choosing whether it is water based, silicone, oil or a hybrid lubricant.
