In the goody box I received a few months back from Pipedream the Anal Fantasy Collection Mini Silicone Plug was in my box! I remember requesting it but it was in there so we will give it a try! There are several things that come in this little kit that I will be going over!!

Overview/Use
The Mini Silicone Plug's purpose is to be inserted into the anus for anal stimulation whether you are male or female bodied both can use this plug. If you are looking to get something for anal pleasure this might be for you unless you are an advanced anal player. The Mini Silicone Plug I would say is geared more towards those just entering into the anal play scene or someone who can't take large objects anally. The Mini Plug comes in only one color which is black. You get a few extras when you purchase the Mini Silicone Plug! Inside you will find a sample of Anal Ease, Moist Anal Lube, 2 Finger Sleeves and Refresh Toy Cleaner.

The Mini Silicone Plug measures in at 3 inches long and 1 inch wide so it is a very petite plug and not very intimidating especially to a beginner.

Material

When it comes to anal toys, toys you'll potentially share with your partner or between orifices of your own you will want silicone toys! The Mini Silicone Plug is made out of just that silicone! Silicone is a nonporous material that will not absorb your bodily fluids and can be sterilized (see care section below). Silicone also is phthalate free, latex free, hypoallergenic and again is nonporous.

Some silicone toys can have a drag to them and the Mini Silicone Plug as a slight drag but that can cleared up by using a good water based lubricant preferably an anal lubricant. There is no type of texture on the Mini Silicone Plug. Silicone toys are known to have a little give to them an you guessed it the Mini Silicone Plug is no exception! While there isn't a whole lot of give there is still some and the neck down to the base of the plug is flexible.

You will find one other material in the box an you can choose to use it or not. The finger sleeves are made out of latex which can cause allergic reactions in some folks if they have a latex allergy. If you have one or your partner has one then you need to let the other know so they don't use them on you causing a reaction. Latex can't be sterilized so the finger sleeves are a ONE time use item. Once you use the finger sleeves toss them in the trash.

Design/Function

The design of the Mini Silicone Plug is pretty simple and the design would work well for beginners. With a slightly tapered head it makes for an easy insertion the flared base is there to keep the plug from sliding up in the the anal cavity resulting in a trip to the ER. I like the way the base is made as it is slimmer then some of the other anal plugs I have seen. With the base being pretty slim it should easily fit in between your butt cheeks for easy comfortable wearing. You can see that the plug isn't all that big at all even with it laying in my hand. If this Mini Plug is too small for you don't worry there are MANY others you can choose from in the Anal Fantasy Collection. I like the design of the Mini Plug as it doesn't have a major bulge in the center like I have seen on other plugs similar to it. When you go to insert this you will want to make sure you have a generous amount of lube to use as well as ease into the process. Don't rush inserting the plug slowly work it in to the anal cavity if it HURTS try relaxing some more or take more time to ease it on it.

That brings me to the free gifts inside the package of the Mini Silicone Plug. I will touch base on each one without boring you with gibberish.

Anal Eaze Insertz

Anal Lube Inserz

Inside you will find these little tubes one of each one is Anal Eaze which is a desensitizing cream that helps relax the anal muscles to help you ease into anal play. The Anal Eaze is cherry flavored as well so it can be licked away if that is your thing. I personally have always been skeptical about using Anal Eaze but I am FINALLY going to give a try and tell you all about my experience. The insertz make it easier to get the Anal Eaze where you want it without wasting any of it and it even has a resealable top so you can save the rest of later. You can read to the left the ingredients used in the Anal Eaze to see if you have any type of allergy to any of the ingredients.

Anal Lube Insertz are just that they are filled with Moist Anal Lube and can easily help you get the lube where you want it! You will want to use lube when engaging in any type of anal play because the tissue is super sensitive and can tear without the proper lubrication. Check the ingredients to the Moist Anal Lube to the left to make sure you aren't allergic to any of the ingredients!

Finger Sleeves

The finger sleeves are a ONE time use as mentioned above but why are they in the kit and what are they used for?! I know you are wondering so I shall tell

you. If you are just entering the world of anal play starting off with just a simple finger is the place to start. With the finger sleeves you are protecting your anal tissue from being scraped by your's or your partner's fingernail which can cause you issues. The finger sleeves roll down your finger just like a condom would be rolled down a penis. There is some texture on the sleeves but not enough to be intimidating to a beginner. Even using the finger sleeves you will want to add some lube to help with ease of insertion even if it is just a finger!

Refresh Toy Cleaner

The Refresh Toy Cleaner is just an added bonus for me since I have to have toy cleaner on hand. A toy cleaner is great whether you are using it alone to clean your toys or using it to preclean before sterilizing them. I use toy cleaners before and after each an every use of my toys to make sure they are always clean. If you are sensitive to smells that come with most other toy cleaners you are in luck as there is no scent that I noticed to the Refresh Toy Cleaner. While this is only a sample size there are several other sizes available if you get this little bottle in your kit and you decide its a MUST have in your cleaning process. A little goes a long way, check over to the left and make sure you aren't allergic to any of the ingredients used in the Refresh Toy Cleaner before you open it and start sniffing or cleaning your toys with it!

Packaging

The Mini Silicone Plug packaging is pretty simple and it can be recycled if you plan to put your plug into a toy storage bag or Ziploc Bag. As you can see to the right it all comes packaged neatly in a cardboard box. Once you open the box inside you will find the Mini Silicone Plug in its own plastic bag. The next bag you pull out will have your Anal Eaze, Moist Anal Lube, Refresh Toy Cleaner and the 2 finger sleeves. When you open the Refresh Toy Cleaner you will need to remove the tamper seal out from under the cap. When I removed mine the clear plastic film was still stuck over the opening. You may have to poke your finger through it to get it fully open.

As you can see the packaging is in no way discreet!! So, if you are one of those people who have to hide your toys or the packaging you'll want to do it with this box. If you are gift giving unless the person has specifically asks for it or you are doing it as a gag gift I would be careful when gifting.

Care

Silicone can be sterilized for sharing or if you are wanting to make sure your toys are extra clean. Below you will find the ways you can clean your Mini Silicone Plug.

Antibacterial Toy Cleaner-While this won't sterilize your plug it will help kill off germs. You will want to follow the directions on the back of the bottle. Most of the toy cleaner I use are sprays an you simply spray the toy, let it sit a few minutes then wipe clean. Some toy cleaners that are sprays state that you will want to rinse the toy even after you have wiped it down and dried it.

Warm Water & Antibacterial Soap-Again this will NOT sterilize your plug but it can kill off germs. You will want to wash thoroughly and rinse thoroughly before you dry it off an store it away.

Baby Wipes or Toy Wipes-This option is usually my preclean before using my toy cleaner. The baby wipes or toy wipes will do nothing for germs and will not sterilize your plug.

Ways to Sterilize

Top Rack in the Dishwasher-You can toss your Mini Silicone Plug in the top rack of the dishwasher to sterilize it. You will want to run a whole load of toys minus the dishwasher soap. You will want to allow them to cool and dry before storing.

Boiling Water on the Stove Top-Yes you can boil your silicone plug on the stove you will want to bring the water to a boil an easily place your plug in the pan. Make sure your plug isn't resting on the bottom of the pan. You will want to boil for around 4 minutes remove from pot using tongs as it will be hot! Allow to cool and dry before storing.

10% Bleach 90% Water-This will sterilize your plug as well. You will want to make a 10% bleach solution to 90% water. Soak your plug for 5-10 minutes remove from bleach solution and rinse with soap and hot water making sure you rinse it thoroughly. Once done allow to dry before storing.

Storage is pretty simple if you toss the box you can either purchase a toy pouch from your favorite toy shop whether in your neighborhood or online. You can make your own toy pouches or simply store your plug in a Ziploc Bag.

My Experience
Since using the Mini Silicone Plug was less then satisfying and here is why....
I was using the Mini Silicone Plug alone along with masturbation so I didn't have use for the finger sleeves. I am not one for using the Anal Eaze because I am a believer that you don't want to numb anything as you want to feel if there is any pain. Pain usually means something is wrong, you are either tearing tissue, need more lube or start out with a smaller toy to work up to the size you need. I proceeded with opening the Moist Anal Lube Insertz I attempted to use it but the tip of the tube had a sharp feeling to it so I didn't get far with that. I ended up continuing on with the Moist Personal Lubricant, I was able to get the plug inserted. I have to say the the neck of the Mini Silicone Plug is flimsy when I was trying to insert it, the plug moved all around making insertion pain in the rear. Once in place I laid back an starting masturbating just for the plug to slip right out. So needless to say this plug was a flop for me.
While it could be a great beginner plug due the smaller size I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a partner that can help insert it.
