Spunk Lube Pure Silicone Lubricant

Several months back before Christmas I contacted Spunk Lube about working with them on reviews and they sent out 3 full size bottles 1 of each formula they have Spunk Pink, Pure Silicone and Hybrid which is the same as the Spunk Pink minus the pink coloring. What is Spunk Pure Silicone Lubricant? Well it is just that it is a personal lubricant that has a silicone base instead of a water base. Silicone lubricants can last for a good while without having to reapply like I have experienced with some of the water based lubricants I have used in the past. Spunk Lube is in all honestly the very FIRST Pure Silicone lube I have used and I have to say I am impressed and I love it! It has partially replaced my other lubricant that I have used for years. Spunk Lube is a hypoallergenic lubricant in all 3 formulas so you are less likely to have an allergic reaction to this lube.

Whether or not you can produce your own lubricant like our bodies are suppose to sometimes we just need that extra bit of lubricant especially when it comes to playing with our toys. You can use Spunk Silicone Lubricant with your toys or if you are having sexual intercourse with your partner. Wherever you need that extra bit of lube Spunk is what you want. With Spunk Pure Silicone Lubricant a little bit can go a LONG way even though it seems to be really thin. I have to say that the Pure Silicone Lubricant is thinner then the Spunk Pink Hybrid Lubricant. The Spunk Pure Silicone Lubricant has a push button top that is on a lot of shampoo bottles, once you open it be very careful when you go to flip it upside down to dispense onto your dildo, vibe, fingers, partner or wherever you are placing the lubricant. Once you flip the bottle upside down the Pure Silicone Lubricant will leak out without you even squeezing it. When it comes to the performance of the Pure Silicone Lubricant since it isn't a water based lubricant once it is there and wet the lube may very well outlast you. I haven't ever had to reapply lube to the toy I was using when I used the Spunk Pure Silicone Lubricant. Even though it is on the thinner side of the lube fence you can use this for anal play with no issue!

When it comes to the packaging it is pretty much like most all other lubricants on the market the bottle has a plastic label that goes all the way up and covers the cap. You will need to break the "seal" so you can open your lubricant. If this "seal" is broken do NOT proceed with using the lubricant. All the bottles of Spunk Lubricant I received were in their own individual plastic bag in case they leaked in transport. Of course the bottle isn't discreet at all as it states that it is a Personal Lubricant. You could easily peel the label off where you couldn't see what the product was inside. But, we all know inquiring minds will find away to figure out what it is if they really wanted to.
Spunk Lube is a not a flavored lube so I wouldn't recommend using it for oral pleasure. If you have the lubricant on parts of your body that your partner wishes to lick I would recommend washing the lube off. I know I mentioned in my review on the Spunk Pink that it had a scent to which it did, it had a light scent to it but, the Spunk Pure Silicone has NO scent at all. If you are sensitive to scents that some lubricants have you might want to try out the Spunk Pure Silicone Lubricant. Along with not having a smell to it Spunk Pure Silicone also has NO color to it so you won't have to worry about any stains on your bedding, clothing or lingerie items.
How easy is it to clean up Spunk Pure Silicone Lube? I know you all are thinking well if it could outlast me how easy it is to clean up?! I have put a drop on the top of my hand rubbed it in and my skin absorbed it! This lube will leave behind nothing that is tacky feeling just nice smooth skin. If you do happen to dispense an abundance of the lube you can wash it off easily with soap and water or wipe away using a baby wipe.

Let's talk ingredients here for a minute! How often do you purchase a personal lubricant with only FOUR ingredients? Not very often if you have ever shopped around for the PERFECT lubricant. As you can see the Spunk Pure Silicone Lubricant doesn't have parabens, glycerin, glycol or any of the other ingredients that most of us have reactions to whether it be the parabens or glycerin. You won't have to worry about those ingredients in the Spunk Pure Silicone Lubricant. If you have allergies to most of the lubes on the market I would def suggest the Spunk Lubes!
According to the Spunk website the Pure Silicone Lubricant is safe for ALL toys no matter the material. I will say though if you use silicone toys spot test with the Spunk Pure Silicone Lubricant on a place where the toy will not be coming in contact with your body. Let the drop of lube sit for a few minutes then wipe away, if no change in the material you are good to go. Even when a lubricant says compatible with ALL toys I would still recommend spot testing especially when it comes to silicone toys and silicone or hybrid lubricants. I personally have been able to use the Spunk Pink and the Spunk Pure Silicone with my Vixen Silicone Toys with absolutely NO issue at all with the two reacting.

My overall experience with the Spunk Lubricant formulas that I have had the pleasure to try out and use has been a very positive one! None of my toys have been ruined nor have they had a bad reaction with the materials and the silicone in the lubes. I am super sensitive when it comes to lubricants and I can say I didn't experience any burning or itching after using Spunk Pure Silicone Lubricant!
