Overview/Design
Isabella is a traditional rabbit vibrator for the most part and comes in three colors, pink, raspberry and purple. I received mine in purple and its a pretty color, if you aren't into having all your toys pink this gives you an option. Isabella is much like the Marilyn that I reviewed here the only real difference between the two is the clitoral attachments. Isabella is designed for vaginal penetration as well as clitoral stimulation. If you wished since the clitoral attachment is there, you could use this for anal penetration without worries of her getting sucked up inside resulting in an embarrassing trip to the E.R. I haven't use it anally but, you can also use it vaginally while turning the rabbit ears to face your rear an provide anal stimulation that way as well. With Isabella's smooth bulbous head it makes it very easy to insert her.
Isabella is made out of a soft smooth silicone and ASB metallic plating. Another great feature Isabella has is she is waterproof and moves along with you. Very simple and easy to use controls. Isabella's measurements are almost the EXACT same as Marilyn's measuring in at 8 inches long with 5.25 inches insertable. The clitoral attachment for Isabella is 2.5 inches long. For the most part Isabella is solid, there is a little give to her silicone but not a whole bunch. If you need to apply more pressure to your G-Spot then the shaft allow have no fear, you can gently bend the shaft up an it will curve more. You much do this while it is inside and it won't hold that way. The clitoral attachment also has some movement to it as well, so if you are one who needs your vibrator to move with you Isabella does just that.
Isabella has absolutely NO texture on her whatsoever, so if you are a person who likes texture she may not work out for you. She is very soft and smooth which works great for beginners or those who don't like having texture on their toys.
I believe that Isabella would work great for beginners as well as experienced users unless you are into bigger toys then it might not work out for you.
Material
Isabella is made out of body safe silicone which is latex free, hypoallergenic and nonporous, this meaning you shouldn't have any type of reaction to the material. Silicone being nonporous means that you can sterilize the item and bodily fluids aren't soaked into the material. Silicone is one of the best toy materials around as if won't grow and harbor bacteria in the material. If you share toys between partners I would recommend using a condom or sterilizing Isabella before letting your partner use her. If you do vaginal and anal penetration I would recommend a condom or sterilizing between swapping holes. One thing I love about silicone is there are no harsh fumes or strong odors being emitted from the toy.
Controls & Functions
Isabella much like Marilyn her dual motors run off of two AA batteries which are not included in the purchase of the toy. The batteries are simply placed in the bottom of Isabella, you remove the battery compartment cover an they both slide in easily. One thing I didn't have an issue with like I did with Marilyn's batteries, I don't have to sling Isabella in a downward motion to get the second battery out they both slide out easily with no force. You will find that the two motors are placed close together one in the shaft and one in the clitoral attachment.
Isabella's controls consist of TWO buttons one is the On/Off button and the other is the Function button to change her functions. The On/Off button is the lower button and the Function button is the top button, both of which are easy to push. I found while using Isabella I would accidentally turn her off or change the settings while in use, that is a downfall for me as I don't like interruption while I am playing especially if I am close to orgasm. To turn on Isabella you simply press the power button ONCE an she will power on and to turn her off simple press the power button once an it will power off. An awesome feature that I wish more toys had in case you have to turn your toy off quick for whatever reason, you won't have to scroll back through to find your favorite pattern, Isabella saves it for you!!!!!
To change your pattern of vibration simply push the 8X button (function button) to change between 8 vibration patterns.

The vibrations that Isabella has are very buzzy an actually caused numbness in my clit when I was playing. Even just going through the patterns in my hand, I got numbness and all the patterns started to feel the same cause I couldn't truly feel them. If you are into deep rumbling vibrations I would steer clear of Isabella. I know a lot of people worry about the sounds that their toys make, I can tell you that Isabella is quiet an won't be heard over a radio or T.V. through a closed door. I would like to think that she wouldn't be heard through a closed door if the house was quiet but I can't promise that as she made a little ruckus just laying on the comforter, that I was able to hear over the T.V. and my fans. So I would recommend having a closed door with a radio or T.V. on if you aren't home alone an don't want people knowing what you are doing.
Packaging
For some unknown reason my whole package came beat up this go around from the outside package to the inside package that held the Isabella. Isabella comes in a black cardboard box that has her name in embossed gold lettering with a picture of her on the front. If you are about discreet packaging you won't find that here with Isabella her packaging screams "SEX TOY" which I am okay with but others might not be. I wouldn't say that the packaging is going to be all that great for long term storage as the box will eventually give out after being handled and opened an closed a lot. Most toys come with a plastic shell to rest in, Isabella is different she came slipped into a clear bag wrapped in bubble wrap. I store her inside the plastic bag in her box for now til I find a better way of storing her. While the packaging looks elegant I wish it was in a harder plastic box so it would last a little longer for storing as I like to try an keep the original packaging for all my toys. I would say that the package would be great for gift giving if you aren't worried about everyone know what was inside the box upon the receiver opening it.
I didn't really find a set of exact directions for Isabella, I found the generic pamphlet that comes with most sex toys. So if you are they type of toy user who needs instructions these won't help you out all that well. I didn't need any instructions as it is pretty easy to figure out where the batteries are suppose to go. The little lip on the bottom of Isabella's battery cap even says "push". Once open you can see how to place the batteries. I will be tossing the "instructions" as they aren't any use to me. On the box it states that she is made of Pure Silicone, Waterproof, has 8 settings and tons of company information. There are 5 different languages printed on the back summing up the toy material and functions.
Care
Isabella is simple to care for being silicone there are several ways you can clean her. The choice is your's of course I will list the ways below and the best way to clean her if you plan to share her with a partner without using a condom.
1.) Warm water and antibacterial soap-This works well since she is waterproof
2.) Any toy cleaner-I prefer an antibacterial toy cleaner you can pick up online at most adult toy sites, adult toy party consultants or local sex shops.
3.) Toy Wipes or Baby Wipes-This isn't my preferred method only time I use toy wipes or baby wipes on my toys is as pre-clean type thing
4.) 10% bleach solution-This is the best way to clean your toys if you are sharing them with a partner an not using a condom. I also recommend cleaning your toys this way if you are prone to infections. Soak toy for 10-15 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Even though Isabella is waterproof do NOT place her in the dishwasher or a boiling pot of water as it can damage her motors making her a useless dildo instead of that handy vibrator you ordered for a reason.
If you must use a lubrication it is recommend to use a water based lube as silicone or hybrid lubes could damage your Isabella. If you are only able to use or just prefer a silicone lube or hybrid lube it's recommended, to apply a small amount of lube somewhere on the toy that won't be inserted into you body to see if a reaction happens. If a reaction happens clean up the spot you placed the lube an grab a water based lube and have fun.
When it comes to storing Isabella, you can either store her alone in the plastic bag she comes in or in her box however, keep in mind that those won't last forever. You will probably end up needing to purchase a toy pouch of some sort or place your Isabella in a Ziploc Bag to keep her clean.
While it is said that premium silicone won't react with other toys I suggest you store Isabella in a pouch, box or bag so she isn't touching your other toys. While she wasn't a fave of mine I still wouldn't want to see her ruined.
My Experience
My overall experience with Isabella wasn't all bad but it wasn't all good. While she was pretty much the same as Marilyn I was able to get better clitoral stimulation with the actual rabbit ears Isabella has. The vibrations were still the same level as Marilyn and buzzy. The patterns were the exact same as well. I was able to achieve orgasm with a little help from a different clitoral vibrator for clitoral orgasms. Using Isabella for penetration worked out well for me as well.
